videkilany.hu is an internet-based service that enables effective searching for casual or long-term companions and/or sex partners and helps people find one another. The VidékiLány site provides advertisements published of their own free will by private individuals who have reached the age of 18, and also offers additional services (Masseuses, Clubs, shops). The fundamental purpose of the website is to display the advertisements of persons seeking a partner on the internet. Any encounter arising as a result of an offer appearing on the website is concluded exclusively between the advertiser and the person responding to the advertisement. All information appearing in a given advertisement comes from the advertiser, not from the Editorial Office of VidékiLány. The Editorial Office accepts no liability for the content or veracity of the advertisements appearing here. The information shown on the website is informational. We hope that every user acts with care and in good faith; nevertheless we are not in a position to verify the authenticity of the information provided.
Availability and use of content
The content of the site can also be viewed without registration; however, certain functions require registration.
Use without registration is free of charge, but, due to the content, it is age-restricted and intended use is expected.
Registration
Access to certain functions of VidékiLány requires registration. By registering, the Visitor accepts the Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice.
Registration requires providing an existing e-mail address and a password chosen by you. When choosing your password, it is advisable to choose a "strong" password that no one else can know and that is hard to guess. Keep this password secret and do not share it with anyone, so that no one can misuse it. Our site stores passwords in encrypted form, so even we cannot see them.
The confidentiality of your password is your responsibility; please report any misuse of your password by e-mail (info@videkilany.hu).
The Editorial Office reserves the right to refuse access to the website if there is reasonable cause to assume that the information provided is contrary to law or public morals, false, incorrect, incomplete or no longer valid, or if the User does not comply with the provisions of this agreement.
Deletion of registration can be initiated by the registrant in the "my settings" menu of our site, or requested via internal message. Deletion is carried out within 8 working days.
Visitor functions:
If you register as a visitor, you can access functions such as chat, writing forum and review posts, marking favourites, etc.
Reviews written on advertisers' profile pages and in the forum may be moderated, censored, and, if necessary, deleted by the Editorial Office without prior consultation.
Advertiser functions:
A registration as an advertiser allows, in addition to the visitor functions, the submission of advertisements.
To do so, you must complete an online form with the required data, you may upload photos, and you must accept the Advertising Agreement. Only persons who have reached the age of 18 may register as advertisers on the site. Upon registration, you, as user, undertake that the information you provide is true and that you will update the data appearing in your advertisement in case of any change.
After the advertisement is submitted, our Editorial Office checks its textual and visual content. The advertiser accepts that, without prior consultation, the Editorial Office may censor or delete visual or textual content (including the entire advertisement), and may modify the cover image; the Editorial Office cannot be held liable for these (or for any consequent financial damage).
The Editorial Office may, both before the advertisement is created and at any time during its publication, request a guarantee photo (or its update), and may request unedited and unmasked versions of the photos appearing in the advertisement (e.g. in case of suspected abuse). The advertisement may only contain real, original photos taken of the Advertiser themselves; uploading stolen images, or images generated with artificial intelligence (AI), or deepfake images, is contrary to the Image Upload Regulations and is prohibited.
The submitted and accepted advertisement (with the exception of free advertisements) appears on our site only when the balance is topped up. You can view the current fees at any time on the "my advertisements" page. The balance can be topped up by bank transfer/deposit, premium-rate phone call, or PaysafeCard top-up.
Data protection
The Editorial Office of VidékiLány subjects the use of certain services to registration, in the course of which the Operator obtains the user's personal data; this data provision, however, is in every case voluntary. The Editorial Office is committed to preserving users' personal data and does everything to protect this data, fully meeting its statutory obligations in this regard. No security system is unbreakable, and we therefore cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we provide any guarantee against the diversion or interception by third parties of information sent via the internet. The Editorial Office does not use users' information (e.g. username, e-mail address) for other purposes and does not disclose it to third parties. We disclose information only within the limits set by applicable law. By using the services, you accept the data protection provisions above and our Privacy Policy.
Advertising information
The Editorial Office draws attention to the fact that all information concerning an advertiser comes from the submitter of the advertisement and reflects only their opinion. The data and information provided is therefore not verified by an independent third party, and the Editorial Office accepts no liability for the correctness of the content (image and text).
The advertiser accepts that advertisements posted on the videkilany.hu site also appear on our partner sites (e.g. csajszik.hu, lanykereso.hu) with the same visual and textual content. The list of partner sites may expand from time to time.
The publication of an advertisement, depending on its type, requires a balance. Payment options, fees, and detailed descriptions can be found on the "Top up balance" page.
Intellectual property rights
All content of the website, including the text, graphics, software, and other material, as well as the arrangement and editing of this content, is the property of the Editorial Office and is protected by copyright. The distribution, publication, copying, display, and any other use of the content is strictly prohibited unless we grant express, written permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide no guarantee as to the correctness, reliability, or content of the website. The Editorial Office cannot be held liable for indirect damages, or for any damage arising from the fault of the Advertiser or any third party. We do not guarantee that the website or the servers responsible for serving it are error-free or free of viruses or other malicious elements. We reserve the right to modify the website or to deny access. The website may contain links to third-party websites or other content. We accept no responsibility for the content available on such websites, and the presence of these links on our site does not imply our acceptance or approval of the content and information found there.
Availability
The Editorial Office of VidékiLány may, at any time and without prior notice, modify or supplement the content of the website. We reserve the right to delete, change, suspend, or terminate parts or the whole of the website at any time. The website may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons. The Editorial Office reserves the right to refuse its services, in whole or in part, to any user.
Modification of the Agreement
The internet is a continuously changing and evolving medium. The Editorial Office of VidékiLány may unilaterally modify the provisions of this agreement and will publish the modified provisions on the website. Acceptance of any changes and of the modified provisions of the Agreement is required for the further use of the services.

Effectiveness of the provisions
These conditions take effect immediately upon their acceptance — through the Advertiser's use of the website.
Applicable law and choice of court
This Agreement is governed by the provisions of Hungarian law in force. In the event of a legal dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties shall seek a settlement. If this nevertheless proves unsuccessful, the parties stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of the Szeged District Court for adjudication.
The appearance and content of the service vary according to the advertising type chosen!
By accepting these conditions, the advertiser simultaneously accepts the following:
The advertiser declares in advance and emphatically that their activity is in no way connected with inducing a person under 18 years of age to engage in sexual intercourse or other sexual acts, with the promotion of professional prostitution, with sustaining wholly or partly a person engaged in such activity, or with procuring sexual intercourse or other sexual acts from another person for profit, since all of these — pursuant to Sections 200–203 of Act C of 2012 on the Criminal Code — are punishable by a serious restriction of personal liberty. The team of videkilany.hu, by publishing this information, does not wish in any way to facilitate any of these acts and therefore accepts no liability whatsoever for any deviation from the advertiser's stated intention, nor does it associate itself with such acts in any respect.
